TASTING TIPS:
Black Tea Darjeeling Himalayas: a small cup of cueillère 25 cl - a water temperature of 90 ° and an infusion of 3 to 4 minutes.
Flavored Black Tea: one teaspoon per cup of 25 cl, water temperature of 80 ° (not to "kill" the flavor) and an infusion of 2 to 3 minutes
The good temperature: this chocolate must be kept, ideally, between 18 ° - 20 °. Especially do not put in a refrigerator.
Deadline of preservation: for an optimal quality, our chocolates are made weekly. You will always receive extremely fresh chocolates which keep 6 months.
